Multi-Marathon Study Results


The Multi-Marathon Study investigates how  multi-marathon participation  shapes health, cognition, psychology, and physiology. Drawing on global datasets and participation of over 1000 multi-marathoners globally, it identifies the strengths and risks of sustained endurance participation and provides policy recommendations for athletes, organisers, and health professionals.
